The Coworker Solidarity Fund is an organization that provides financial and strategic support for workers fighting for equitable change in the workspace and their respective industry. In partnership with Resource Media, we conducted a brand audit of their current assets and messaging in order to create a brand identity that was more in line with their growth goals, values, and services.

Solution
In leading the brand identity redesign for the Coworker Solidarity Fund, I created a visual narrative that deeply resonates with the essence of solidarity and community. In collaboration with Resource Media's brand audit, we developed a brand identity that aligns seamlessly with the Fund's growth objectives, values, and services. The identity which also facilitated the redesign of the website, now embodies a warm, inviting atmosphere, fostering a sense of welcome and connection for visitors. It clearly communicates the Fund's mission and processes, making it easier for workers to access and understand the use of the funds, and for donors to see their vital role in supporting the labor movement. The new brand identity, while distinct, harmoniously aligns with the broader Coworker organization, maintaining visual continuity and brand cohesion.
